Spring returns to the land and all things thrive.From February 26 to 28, 2026, as the company fully resumed work and production after the holiday while striving for a “strong start,” the Human Resources Department successfully held a 3-day new employee orientation training under the theme of “A Successful Start and Rapid Production.” Fifty-seven new employees from various departments participated in the training with great enthusiasm, injecting vigorous vitality into the company’s efforts to achieve scale expansion and business development in the new year.

On the morning of February 26, the training kicked off with a solemn and vibrant opening ceremony. Leaders from the Human Resources Department attended the event and delivered a welcome speech, encouraging new employees to integrate into the team quickly with the spirit of “starting at full speed,” resonate with the company, and embark on a new journey together. The subsequent session Growing Together with the Company introduced the its development history and cultural heritage, helping new employees build a strong sense of belonging, align their goals with the company, and lay a solid spiritual foundation for their future careers.

To help new employees fully understand the company’s operational norms, training instructors systematically explained the Employee Handbook, Corporate Management System, Human Resources Management System and other relevant documents, guiding them to clarify behavioral standards and strengthen compliance awareness. To address the career development paths new employees care about most, the training included a special session on “Employee Career Advancement,” detailing the company’s talent development system and promotion channels. It encouraged new employees to focus on their roles, plan for the future, and realize their personal value on the company’s broad platform.

Safety is the bottom line of production, and professionalism is the cornerstone of development. During the training, safety officers strengthened new employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities by combining workshop practices with case studies and practical demonstrations.
Technical engineers delivered a special session on Basic Knowledge of Bearings and Processing Procedures, explaining in detail product principles and production techniques. This helped new employees build a solid professional foundation, laying the groundwork for their rapid post adaptation and efficient performance.
Immersion · Unity of Knowledge and Practice
Combining theory with practice is a distinctive feature of this training. On the afternoons of February 27 and 28, new employees visited the production workshop and corporate culture exhibition hall for immersive learning. Beside the operating machines, they experienced the precise processes of bearing manufacturing up close. In the culture exhibition hall, historical pictures and honorary exhibits silently narrated the company’s 60 years of craftsmanship heritage and innovative breakthroughs. The on-site visit gave new employees a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the company’s technical strength and cultural heritage, further strengthening their sense of belonging and mission.

The 3-day training was rich in content and tightly scheduled.
