Prior to the ceremony, the two sides held a discussion focusing on school-enterprise collaborative education and the cultivation of skilled talents. Li gave a detailed introduction to the school’s major layout, educational characteristics and talent development plans. Liu stated that he hoped to take this cooperation as an opportunity to fully leverage the educational resources of the school and the industrial advantages of the enterprise, establish a long-term mechanism for “school-enterprise collaborative education”, and provide more high-quality skilled talents for regional industrial development.

  Liu extended a warm welcome to Li and his delegation, and gave a comprehensive introduction to the company’s development history, core businesses and talent needs. He noted that the company would fully support the construction of the training base, provide students with real production scenarios and practical training platforms, promote the sharing of resources and complementary strengths between school and enterprise, and achieve win-win cooperation.

  Both sides agreed that the construction of the training base should focus on practical results and avoid formalism. They will effectively integrate school-enterprise resources and complement each other’s strengths, deepen the integration between classroom teaching and enterprise practice, and jointly build a high-quality skills training platform. The two sides also held in-depth discussions on such specific matters as talent training models, joint development of practical training courses, and student employment placement.

  Subsequently, representatives from both the school and the enterprise jointly signed the Agreement on Joint Construction of the Practical Training Base Through School-Enterprise Cooperation, and held the awarding ceremony. The establishment of the training base marks a new stage in their school-enterprise cooperation. It will effectively connect the talent cultivation channel from "school gate" to "factory gate", and build a bridge for students to integrate theoretical learning with practical operation. At the same time, it will help the enterprise reserve high-quality skilled talents, and support the high-quality development of regional vocational education as well as industrial transformation and upgrading.

  Li and his delegation also visited the company’s digital exhibition hall and the MES production planning and execution dashboard, where they gained a detailed understanding of the enterprise’s digital transformation, production and operation management, and progress in intelligent manufacturing.
