  On the afternoon of February 28, the company held the February 2026 business performance analysis meeting, together with a briefing and implementation session for the 15th Five-Year Plan and corporate culture training in the conference room on the third floor of the Technical Center. Senior executives and middle managers attended the meeting, which was presided over by Bao Guangli, Chairman of the company.

  At the meeting, Bao briefed on the quality and production operation status in February, deployed key work arrangements for March, and publicized and implemented the newly revised Quality Management Red-Line System.
  Bao briefed on the main business results for February and affirmed the steady and positive trend of various indicators. In response to typical existing problems, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the causes and put forward rectification requirements. When deploying the next-stage work, he made systematic arrangements in market development, product mix optimization, quality improvement, lean procurement, financial supervision, and production priority tasks. He urged all departments to quickly launch a production and operation campaign under the themes of “Go all out for the first quarter, strive for a strong start, seize the first half of the year, and ensure a prosperous year” and “Go all out to secure the market and ensure production.”
  At the meeting, Bao delivered a comprehensive briefing on the core content of the 15th Five-Year Plan, clarifying the company’s development philosophy, overall goals, and key tasks for the next five years. He required all departments to carry out detailed phase-by-phase and chapter-by-chapter training and study, and to decompose and implement the plan accordingly. He emphasized that the 15th Five-Year Plan should serve as a strategic guide to advance the company’s high-quality development.
  The meeting also acted in line with the spirit of the Tianshui City Mobilization and Deployment Conference for the Work Style Improvement Year, and promoted the company’s work style improvement initiatives.
  By reviewing the corporate culture, humanistic values, and work requirements for middle-level and above cadres as stipulated in the company’s Employee Handbook, Bao stressed that all cadres should perform their duties with an excellent work style, take on responsibilities proactively, and ensure the achievement of the company’s annual goals and the effective implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan through solid work and tangible results.
