To enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, care for employees' physical and mental health, and inherit and promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, the company held the 2026 Special Campaign of "Delivering Culture & Benefiting Employees" and the Staff Service Activity of "Welcoming the Spring Festival & Sending Best Wishes" in the meeting room on the third floor of the Technology R&D Center on the afternoon of February 9. The company specially invited Li Long, President of Tianshui Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, Gao Quansheng, Vice President of Tianshui Chinese Painting Research Institute, Song Guiwen, member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association and member of the Gansu Calligraphers Association, and other calligraphers, together with experts from Tianshui Rehabilitation Hospital, attended the event to send warm Spring Festival blessings to the employees.
Before the event, Liu Xingmin, Chairman of the Company Labor Union, delivered a speech. He mentioned that the event carefully included a number of sessions such as a health lecture on occupational diseases of the waist and cervical spine, mental health counseling, interactive games, and on-site medical consultation. It integrated cultural experience with health care, effectively delivering care and warmth to the employees.
Finally, employees from various departments attended the mental health lecture. Through professional explanations and interactive guidance, the lecture helped employees gain a correct understanding of mental health, master scientific methods for emotional regulation and stress relief, further enhanced their psychological adjustment ability and self-care awareness, and guided everyone to face work and life with a more positive and optimistic attitude.
After the lecture, everyone went to the Activity Center, collected Spring Festival couplets, Fu characters and calligraphy and painting works in an orderly manner, and experienced on-site medical services and interactive activities.
The calligraphy venue was filled with the fragrance of ink and warm atmosphere. With meticulous care, calligraphers and staff calligraphy enthusiasts created auspicious Spring Festival couplets, Fu characters, and paintings, all conveying best wishes for the New Year, which attracted the company’s leaders and employees to stop and admire them. Meanwhile, at the nearby health service area, experts from the rehabilitation hospital provided professional traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy services such as acupuncture to help employees relieve occupational fatigue and physical discomfort, effectively enhancing their health awareness and improving their physical and mental conditions. Amid the elegant calligraphy and warm services, everyone relaxed and felt delighted, which further enhanced the employees’ sense of belonging, happiness and cohesion toward the company.
