Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science And Techonology Co.,Ltd. - HL Holds 2025 Annual Lean Management Audit Summary Meeting

On the afternoon of January 8, HL successfully convened the 2025 Annual Lean Management Audit Summary Meeting in Conference Room No. 3 of the office building. Company leaders Zheng Wenkui, Liu Xingmin, Zhang Baoxin, Wang Jingjun, and Liu Gang attended the meeting, along with heads of the four major manufacturing divisions, relevant department leaders, and members of the Lean Management Promotion Office. The meeting was chaired by Liu Gang.

At the meeting, Liu presented an overview of the audit and evaluation results for all lean management modules in 2025, announcing that the company’s average annual lean management score was 2.4. He also outlined the overall plan and key arrangements for advancing lean management initiatives in 2026.

The attending leaders engaged in discussions on further deepening lean management implementation, sharing insights and practical experience, and building broad consensus to support subsequent improvement efforts.

In his concluding remarks, Zheng affirmed the phased achievements made in the company’s lean management initiatives. He emphasized that lean management is a systematic and long-term undertaking that requires sustained commitment and continuous improvement. He called on all departments to take this summary meeting as an opportunity to further enhance the effectiveness and quality of lean management, deeply integrate lean concepts with business development, and fully leverage lean management to empower production and operations. At the same time, he stressed the importance of strengthening institutional mechanisms and cultivating a lean culture, embedding lean thinking across the organization, encouraging proactive participation from all employees, and using continuous improvements in lean management capability to drive the company’s high-quality development to a new level.
