On September 24, the 3rd Gansu Provincial Excellent Total Quality Management Achievements Exhibition and Exchange Event was grandly held at Jinhui Wine Co., Ltd. in Huixian County. As an enterprise representative of Tianshui City, our company was invited to showcase excellent total quality management achievements on-site, share practical experience in quality improvement, explore quality development paths together with enterprises in the province, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the industry.
At the beginning of the event, the carefully arranged "Quality Growth Rings" exhibition area and the "Quality Story Gallery" interactive wall in the outer venue attracted many participants to stop and visit. With time as the axis, the "Quality Growth Rings" exhibition area was clearly divided into three sections: "Foundation Chapter (2010-2020)", "Breakthrough Chapter (2021-2024)", and "New Chapter (2025)". It systematically sorted out and vividly demonstrated the development history and fruitful achievements of quality management in Gansu. In the "Quality Story Gallery", the quality development history and honors of various enterprises, as well as the hand-painted story scrolls with the theme of "Quality Guardians" carefully created by folk artists, depicted the touching scenes of front-line workers sticking to their posts and pursuing excellence with delicate brushstrokes, vividly interpreting the value concept of "pursuing excellence and advocating quality".
The inner-venue activities were officially launched after the host's enthusiastic opening speech. After the screening of the special promotional video, Ding Jianjun, Second-level Inspector of Gansu Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and Huang Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinhui Wine Co., Ltd., took the stage to deliver speeches successively. From the perspective of supervision, Inspector Ding Jianjun emphasized that quality management is the core competitiveness for the survival and development of enterprises, and even more a key support for promoting industrial progress and the high-quality development of regional economy. Combining with the enterprise's practice, Secretary Huang Xiaodong pointed out that only by adhering to the original aspiration of quality can the foundation of the brand be solidified. This event has built an important bridge for quality management exchange among enterprises in the province, and is of great significance for promoting quality management innovation and deepening enterprise cooperation.
Subsequently, representatives from six enterprises, including State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company, Jiugang Group Gansu Dongxing Aluminum Co., Ltd., China Northwest Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Sinohydro Bureau 4 (Jiuquan) New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science and Technology Co., Ltd., (HL Bearings) and Jinhui Wine Co., Ltd., took the stage in turn to give wonderful demonstrations focusing on their own total quality management practices.
Liu Bingbing, the representative of our company, focused on the bearing manufacturing field and shared the company's journey of quality improvement in depth: We have always adhered to the core concept of "quality is the life of an enterprise". By continuously optimizing the production process, upgrading the quality control system, solidly carrying out the three-year "Quality Year" activity, promoting the monthly continuous quality improvement in a regular manner, and strictly implementing key measures such as "three self-inspections and one control", "5M1E" full-factor management, rigid constraints on quality red lines, and quality point incentives, we have effectively improved product precision and quality stability. In 2025, the enterprise further put forward the value orientation of "customers are the cornerstone of the enterprise", launched a comprehensive quality defense campaign, and met the needs of the high-end market with higher standards of quality control. The detailed cases, practical measures and remarkable results won wide recognition and warm applause from the participants.
