To enrich staff's spare-time cultural life and enhance team cohesion, on September 23-24, ahead of the National Day holiday, the Staff Badminton & Table Tennis Tournament, co-sponsored by the Company Party Committee and Trade Union, was held at the Staff Activity Center. Despite the company being in a busy production period, the event received high
attention and active response from all levels to ensure staff balance work and rest.

President Bao Guangli, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He emphasized that cultural and sports activities are important carriers of corporate culture construction; this tournament is not only a concentrated display of staff's spirit but also an important measure to stimulate team vitality and support production. He hoped all participants would compete with style and level, turning sportsmanship into motivation for work, and wished the tournament a success.
After the opening ceremony, the host read out the schedule, grouping rules and refereeing standards in detail to ensure fairness, justice and orderly progress. The tournament included badminton and table tennis, each with men's and women's groups, using a single round-robin knockout system to determine rankings.
With the referee's signal, both venues entered intense competition.
On the table tennis court, players adjusted their rhythm flexibly based on opponents' characteristics, either controlling positions steadily or breaking deadlocks with fast attacks. The small ball crisscrossed the table, a contest of skills and mentality. In tight matches, players stayed calm, competing earnestly for every point, with cheers from the sidelines for key points.
The badminton court was also fast-paced. Players moved flexibly, creating offensive opportunities with net skills or seizing initiative with powerful backcourt attacks. The shuttlecock flew up and down, linking wonderful offensive and defensive interactions. Facing strong attacks, players tried their best to save, never giving up easily even at a disadvantage, and remained focused in multiple back-and-forth rallies.
During the tournament, some company leaders watched, cheered for players' excellent performances, and sometimes picked up rackets to join in, sharing the fun of sports with staff, creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.
After two days of competition, winners of men's and women's groups in each event were determined. Company leaders presented certificates and prizes to the winners.
