HL held the 2024 theory examination of vocational skill level independent evaluation

  The sustainable development of enterprises cannot be separated from the continuous improvement and accurate assessment of employees' skill level. The accurate assessment of employee skills is not only related to personal career growth, but also the key to optimize the allocation of human resources and improve the overall production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. On November 19, HR Department organized the 2024 vocational skill level independent evaluation theory examination. A total of 83 employees from each factory actively participated in the test, the test location was distributed in the conference room on the third floor of the technology research and development center and the training room, the entire test room is standardized and orderly, creating a good and comfortable test environment for candidates.

  The theoretical test questions closely related to the actual production of the company, mainly around the four major types of forging, turning, heat treatment workers, grinders, the identification level is divided into primary and intermediate workers, which can accurately measure the level of different skill levels of employees, with strong relevance and practicability.
  Liu Xingmin, HL assistant general manager, Zhang Bin, HL minister of HR, and relevant leaders of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducted inspection on the test site to ensure that the test process was fair and just, standardized and reasonable, and the entire examination room was in good order without any violations of discipline. After inspecting the examination room, the leaders of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau spoke highly of the organization and arrangement of the examination, the discipline of the examination room and the fit degree with the actual production of the enterprise, believing that the examination fully demonstrated the enterprise's attention and professionalism to the assessment of employees' skills.
  This test is the first practical activity of skill appraisal since HL successfully obtained the enterprise skill level independent evaluation qualification in September 2021, and will become the follow-up focus of the HR Department. By carrying out this identification activity, it aims to effectively promote the smooth implementation of the company's employees "promotion channel", so as to provide solid and powerful support and practical and reliable guarantee for the long-term development of the majority of employees within the enterprise, further stimulate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to improve their skills, and promote the formation of a good situation of mutual promotion and collaborative development between enterprises and employees.
