On the afternoon of August 21st, HL Company held a special meeting of the safety production committee. The relevant department heads attended the meeting, which was chaired by deputy general manager Zheng Wenkui.
At the meeting, attendees studied president Xi Jinping's important discourse on safety production, implemented and studied the documents about safety production issued by the Tianshui Municipal Safety Committee, such as "Gansu Province Production Safety Accident Hidden Danger Elimination and Governance Measures" , the "Implementation Plan for the Three Year Action Plan of the Municipal Safety Committee to Tackle the Root Cause of Safety Production (2024-2026)", the "Notice of the Safety Committee Office on Carrying out the Three Year Action Supervision and Inspection of Safety Production Root Cause Tackle", and the "HL Company Root Cause Tackle Plan".
At the meeting, Zhao Jian, Director of the Safety Supervision Department, summarized the work on safety production, safety supervision and management in the first half of the year, and made detailed arrangements for the specific work to be carried out in the second half of the year. Wang Chenming from the Safety Supervision Department provided a detailed interpretation and explanation of the key points of the company's safety production management.
Zheng Wenkui put forward four requirements for safety production management in the second half of the year:

Each department should implement and study the spirit of the company's "Safety Production Special Meeting" on April 19, 2023, analyze and implement the shortcomings in daily work, effectively improve execution, and ensure the implementation of work.
The Safety Supervision Department should increase its inspection and punishment efforts, adhere to the principle for safety production accidents, report on the operation of safety production at monthly comprehensive management meetings, urge all staff to attach importance to safety production, and eliminate complacency and careless thoughts.
