HL Company Passed the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System Certification Renewal Audit
From January 2nd to 5th, TUV NORD company appointed an expert team to conduct an IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification renewal audit in HL. Deputy general ganager and chief engineer Shi Yi, deputy general manager Zhang Baoxin, and relevant department heads participated in the audit.
At the first meeting, the audit team elaborated on the relevant content of the IATF16949 quality management system certification renewal audit and shared key issues during the audit with the attending members.
This IATF16949:2016 quality management system audit involves quality, technology, equipment, production, management, procurement, sales, etc. The audit lasted for 4 days, and relevant departments actively cooperate to systematically and effectively verify the implementation of the company's system standards through listening to reports, communicating questions, reviewing documents, on-site inspections, and other methods.
On the final audit meeting, the audit team recognized the overall operation status and effectiveness of the HL quality management system, and provided relevant guiding suggestions for the improvement points discovered during the audit.
