On January 13 a.m, 2023, Hailin company held the 2022 work summary and staff congress. More than 120 senior executives, all middle-level employees, and staff representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yang Liping, deputy general manager.

General manager Bao Guangli on behalf of the company, made a report entitled "Tackle difficulties, seize market opportunities to promote development, stabilize production, ensure supply and work together to create a new situation of Hailin - 2022 work summary and work arrangement in 2023".
In the report, Mr. Bao reported the main production and operation and the completion of key work of the company in 2022, and made detailed arrangements for the work of each department in 2023 from 18 aspects.
Yang Liping, deputy general manager, read out the Decision on Commending Outstanding Employees, Excellent Managers and Excellent Teams (Departments) in 2022. Subsequently, the commended personnel and teams (departments) were praised, and the company leaders presented awards to the commended personnel and teams (departments) on the spot.
After the award, the technician An Zengqiang from plant 1, and the team leader Wang Weiwei from plant 4 non-adjustment production team, respectively spoke on behalf of the excellent staff and the excellent team.
At the staff congress, deputy general manager Feng Jun, read out four proposals of the conference and announced the group discussion plan. The staff representatives were divided into four groups and discussed four proposals in four sub-sessions. After the discussion, Feng Jun reported the group discussion result in the main venue.
The congress unanimously passed four motions by a show of hands. Feng Jun delivered a closing speech.
