On the evening of April 12th, HL company held the "HL-SDLG cross-department cooperation training and exchange video conference". Zheng Wenkui, Liu Bingbing, the technical director of the four plants, other related persons of cross-department cooperation module, and the lean project leader Zang Bo attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Zheng Wenkui communicated with Zang Bo about HL's understanding of cross-department cooperation and preliminary work, and invited lean experts to introduce the understanding of cross-department cooperation and implementation methods and skills in the early stage. The experts explained the purpose and significance of cross-departmental collaboration, pointing out that the key elements of the module implementation are skill matrix, workshop on-site work rotation, off-the-job training, teamwork and respect. In view of these four key elements, the experts comprehensively explained the actual combat, specific index significance and promotion process, and shared lean management implementation tools, which greatly strengthened the company's understanding of this module.The technical director of each plants communicated with the experts on the problems encountered in the cross-department cooperation module, and asked the key points and methods in detail.
Later, the lean management office will continuously organize the communication with lean management experts according to the company's lean management promotion requirements and the needs of various modules. So as to ensure the orderly development of lean management work, to ensure the completion of lean 2.0 requirements by the end of the year.
