At the meeting, Yao Jinguo first explained the investigation of the employees' opinions and the negotiated matters.Subsequently,Yao Jinguo,on behalf of the administrative side,informed the company's financial situation of 2021, Liu Wei reported the operating costs, Zhang Bin reported the situation of employment, social security and provident fund, and Zhang Wenquan reported the relevant situation related to the logistics support and negotiation content.Representatives of both sides expressed their opinions  and fully discussed on the win-win situation of salary and welfare, life and food, social security and adjustment of accumulation fund.

  Finally, after the votes, the representatives of both parties unanimously agreed on the three contents of the collective wage negotiation in 2022.After the meeting, the labor union and the human resources department will draft the company's 2022 Special Collective Contract according to the matters discussed and approved through negotiation, which will be submitted to the Municipal Labor Union and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and record after discussion and approved by the congress.
